So I know this is 8 months late....but welcome Lucille Jane Davis :) 8lbs 11 oz and 21 inches long. Lucy came at 5:42 on April 28, 2010 after 3 long days of labor 10 days after her due date . And, of course, she was worth it all and then some!

Project 365....Coming Soon!
In hopes to become a better photographer (and a more frequent blogger), I'm starting a photo-a-day project to document my life as a wife, mommy, daughter, sister, and friend. ClickinMoms spurred my interest with their blog post today "Who's Up for a 365?" where they featured "365 Simple Joys" by Shannon Joy. My cousin Caroline also has a similar project where she is photo-documenting the days apart from her sweet husband who is deployed to Afghanistan.
As much as I would like to try, I know that these photographs won't have amazing composition, lighting, and post processing. But there will be a photo here. No matter the quality.
I suppose while I'm at it, I'll announce my 2011 Resolutions. Last year my resolution was to stop putting make-up on in the car. And, yay for me!, I broke that habbit :)
2011 Resolutions
1. Stop texting/web browsing while driving. I know this is such a horrible horrible habbit.
2. Keep a food/exercise journal. Even if I eat 6 brownies for breakfast. I promise to write it down. I bought a beautiful notebook (gotta love TJ Maxx) just for this.
3. Follow through with my 365 project (still thinking of a name for my Project 365)
